Bentintoshape orders received Monday through Thursday on all in-stock merchandise will be shipped promptly. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Shipping charge estimates are available on our Shopping Cart page after you select your desired items for purchase. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We've set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.Most important is that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.
Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.
It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.
If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Please click here to contact customer service to let us know of your delivery refusal. Record the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our warehouse.
If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.
All products (EXCLUDING CUSTOM DESIGNED PRODUCTS) properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. All products returned within 15 days of shipment will receive a refund less the 15% restocking fee. All products returned after 15 days from shipment will receive a store credit less the 15% restocking fee. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT CHARGES ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
Custom designed products are NON REFUNDABLE.
If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If there was an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (can be applied to orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday and before 10:00 AM Friday). Please note, Truck and In-Home items do not include the Standard Delivery charges. The minimum charges for these items are $129 (for Truck) and $250 (for In-Home).
Some of our larger items are delivered via Oversized Delivery. Some additional shipping charges may apply based on the weight of the item; if applicable, they are shown in parentheses to the right of the Quantity field on the product page. (These charges are applied in addition to Standard Shipping and Processing charges for each oversized item.) Additional charges may accrue for orders over 15 lbs. If any additional fees are incurred, a Customer Service representative will contact you before any charges are applied to your credit card.
Through-the-door Truck Delivery
Some large and heavy items are delivered by our Through-the-door Truck Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. These items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and will be unloaded by the driver, and then placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. Truck Deliveries are typically made 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. There is a 4-hour window for delivery. The minimum fee for Through-the-door Truck Delivery is $129 per shipment. To minimize cost, a custom delivery quote, based on the total shipping weight and destination of your order, will be provided during checkout. Standard Shipping/Processing Charges do not apply. Through-the-door Truck Delivery does not include unpacking or placement in room. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available by special request. Shipping rates must be coordinated through the transportation department, and the item may require longer transit time.
Select large and heavy items are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. Upon delivery, our friendly delivery professionals will bring the item into your home, place it where you want it, inspect it, and remove packaging materials as needed. In-Home deliveries do not include assembly and are typically made 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There is a 4-hour window for delivery. The minimum fee for In-home Delivery is $250 per shipment. To minimize cost, a custom delivery quote, based on the total shipping weight and destination of your order, will be provided during Checkout. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available by special request. Shipping rates must be coordinated through the transportation department, and the item may require longer transit time.
Bentintoshape is happy to coordinate the shipping of our products outside the U.S. However, deliveries outside the continental United States may require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative from Bentintoshape will contact you within one to three business days after your order to provide a final shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. When placing your order, please be sure to include an email address or fax number so we can contact you with a quote.
Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Note that we are unable to ship gas-powered products, such as gas grills, outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Also, please be aware that although Bentintoshape supports manufacturer's warranties, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for returns. If for any reason the recipient chooses to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
